Which interview style do they prefer? These are all questions that will help you feel mentally prepared for the interview and allow you to be confident during.
  2. Know your Resume Like the Back of Your Hand: One thing that interviewers hate is when their candidates need to look down at their resume during the interview. You know be able to recite your resume word for word or else it will come across as it has been fabricated.
  3. Be Able to Talk About Your Successes: While companies will surely ask about areas for improvement, it’s most important you talk about your success. Be detailed in the areas where you feel were your greatest accomplishments and be sure to explain how you feel that experience will help the casino you’re interviewing with.
  4. Prepare 5-7 Great Questions: When your interviewer is done asking questions, they will allow you to flip the script and ask your own questions. Don’t jump right to salary. Make sure to ask questions about how you can adapt quickly and become a contributing member of the team. Find out what is expected of you and how you can be successful.
  5. Follow Up is Important: Once you’ve gone home after the interview, sending a written thank you note is a great way to keep your name top of mind. After 5-7 business days, reach out by phone or email to ask if there’s any feedback yet. Don’t be pushy, but be assertive and confident.

Remember, preparation for your interview is incredibly important. If you go into your interview feeling confident, you’ll perform better and you’ll impress the interview team.
